Milina's mission is to normalise and encourage open conversations and honour the Rite of Passage as girls transition from a child to a young woman marked by getting their periods. She breaks down the simple ways to have conversations with our girls about what to expect and where they can go if they need support including how teachers can support our girls during this time. Angela shares her own story about getting her periods and how open conversations can change the relationship girls have with their bodies and with themselves.
