Occupational Therapy Session

PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING TO PAYMENT

You have booked a time now you are paying for the appointment.
All sessions are $220, payable in full at the time of booking.
You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment incur a 50% of the consultation fee ( equals $110). Missed appointments will incur the full session fee.
Full session payment is required at the time of the booking and you claim the rebate from Medicare or your Provider.

Medicare rebates may apply if you have a valid Care Plan from your GP. A receipt will be provided for you to claim directly through Medicare.
If you are self-managed or plan-managed under the NDIS, and your plan includes Occupational Therapy, you may also claim your receipt for reimbursement. Please check with your Plan Manager first. No refunds are provided if you are not able to claim your session fee so check before booking a session.
Your information is kept confidential and secure, in accordance with AHPRA professional standards.
These sessions are designed to support you as a parent with practical, evidence-based strategies, they are not direct therapy for your child.
